Privacy Policy

How Heiberger Solutions Inc handles information on this website.

Effective date: August 21, 2026

Website: https://heiberger-solutions.com/

Who we are

Heiberger Solutions Inc (“HSI,” “we,” “us”) provides industrial control, automation, and related services and products.

Scope

This policy describes how we handle information when you use our public website and when you submit information through it (for example, the Contact Us form). It does not cover third-party sites we link to (including careers systems such as Zoho Recruit) — those services have their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information

Heiberger Solutions Inc does not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, email address, phone number, message content, or browsing data to data brokers or advertisers for money. We do not use your website data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If California’s CPRA “share” concept ever became relevant to a future tool, we would update this policy and provide a Do Not Sell or Share control. Today we do not engage in that practice.

What we collect

Information you submit

When you use the Contact Us form, you may provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Subject and message
  • Optional file attachments (for example PDFs or images you choose to upload)

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to operate our support process. Messages are delivered to our support mailbox (for example support@heiberger-solutions.com) using Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph. A confirmation may be sent to the email address you provided.

We do not collect information through any other forms on this website.

Technical and security data

To run and protect the site we may process:

  • IP address (for rate limiting and security)
  • Standard server and application logs
  • Browser type, approximate general location derived from network data, and pages requested
  • Strictly necessary cookies required for security and basic function (for example anti-forgery tokens and temporary form state)

We log some contact-form metadata in a limited way (for example email domain and field lengths) for operations and abuse prevention. We do not treat full message bodies as analytics content.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse of the Contact Us form. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (for example IP and browser characteristics) solely for that verification; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics (first-party only)

We use first-party site analytics. We may collect aggregated or pseudonymous measures such as:

  • Pages viewed and approximate traffic volumes
  • Referrer host (where you came from)
  • Device or browser category
  • Events such as “flyer download” or “contact form submitted” (success/failure only — not the text of your message)

Analytics are used only to improve our website and services. They are not sold and are not shared with advertising networks. Where required by law (for example many EU/UK contexts), non-essential analytics run only after you consent via our cookie banner. You can change your mind through Cookie settings in the site footer.

How we use information

  • Respond to support and sales inquiries you send us
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
  • Prevent spam and abuse
  • Understand aggregated site usage through first-party analytics
  • Meet legal obligations

We do not use your contact-form content for advertising networks.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

Recipient Purpose
Microsoft (Azure App Service, Microsoft 365 / Graph, logging/telemetry as configured) Hosting, email delivery, security and diagnostics
Cloudflare (Turnstile) Human verification for Contact Us form protection (not marketing)
Authorities If required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell personal information to third parties and we do not engage other service providers for marketing or data brokerage.

Cookies and similar technologies

Category Purpose Consent
Strictly necessary Security, form integrity, load balancing, essential session Always active; required for the site to work
Analytics First-party measurement of site usage Used only after you accept where consent is required; you can change this later
Marketing Advertising / retargeting Not used on this site

You can open Cookie settings from the site footer to review or withdraw non-essential consent where applicable. Blocking necessary cookies may break forms or security features.

When enabled, consent preferences are stored in a first-party cookie so we can honor your choices on later visits. (Exact cookie name may change as we finish refining the consent tool; check the Cookie settings panel for current details.)

Retention

  • Support emails and attachments: retained as long as needed for the business relationship, support history, and legal requirements.
  • Security and application logs: retained according to our Azure / logging configuration (typically a limited rolling period).
  • Analytics aggregates: retained according to the analytics settings we configure.

You may ask us to delete or restrict information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example records we must keep).

Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a public marketing and contact site, including HTTPS, security headers, anti-forgery protection on forms, rate limiting, and access controls on our cloud and email systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International visitors

Our systems are hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where Microsoft operates. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data-protection rules.

Where EU/UK-style rules apply, we rely on appropriate mechanisms offered by our providers and on your consent where required for non-essential cookies/analytics.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information (with legal exceptions)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies/analytics
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined by California law (we do not sell; use the footer control if shown)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK)

Requests: email support@heiberger-solutions.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. You may also use the Contact Us page.

California: We do not sell personal information. We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16. You may use the Do Not Sell or Share link (if displayed) to record your preference.

Children

The site is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable standard). If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or the site change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Significant changes may also be noted on the website.
